Recycle Homeroom Challange – A competition that encourages each homeroom to bring their paper, plastic, and can recyclables from home to school. The recyclables get collected and weighed by our team. We then send of the recyclables to our partner organizations to be recycled. The class with the heaviest load wins a pizza party.
Be Cool and Carpool – A program which encourages students to carpool with their friends to school in hopes of reducing carbon emissions.
Bazaar Sales – Participation in yearly school bazaars.We sold our own merchandise in order to raise revenue to buy recycle bins for the school. We also collaborated with our partner organizations by selling their products in order to support them and their movement.
Educational Presentations – Presentations done in order to educate people about the eco-friendly movement and the importance of environmental conservation.
